Sales Operations Supervisor

Company’s client, a leading global developer and supplier of medical devices located in Northern, NJ is looking to bring on a Sales Operations Supervisor.
Summary:
This person will provide professional and efficient sales support by processing all customer orders, inquiries, issues, returns, and credits by interacting with various Departments as they relate to major equipment. The Supervisor of Sales Support will serve as the primary sales support representative contact for all orders, issues, and inquiries as they relate to major equipment. This includes processing various types of orders, credit card transactions, and investigation of duplicated orders for key accounts.
Duties:
- Supervisor must ensure orders are processed timely, accurately, and in accordance with customer specifications
- Work closely with the planning and shipping department to ensure orders are shipped in a timely fashion
- Assist key accounts and tech support with the processing of return orders, including unauthorized return investigation, RA follow-up, resolution, and submission for processing
- Process replacement orders when necessary
- As a Supervisor, you will investigate pricing issues and PO discrepancies
- Communicate with Sales, Tech Support, Credit Department, Corporate Accounts, Service Contracts and Sales when discrepancies are discovered
- Process requests for miscellaneous credits and additional discounts
- Provide support to internal and external customers as it relates to requests such as buying history and product information
- Special assignments as necessary including weekly reports and analysis of data for key accounts
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of previous sales support experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Salesforce & SAP
- Ability to understand sales/customer needs quickly and react effectively
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities and follow-through
- High level of attention to detail is necessary
- Ability to respond to internal and external customer needs proactively
- Ability to function as a team member and work independently
- Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- SAP highly desired
- Salesforce highly desired
