Company has a client in Seattle, WA thaty is seeking an Executive Assistant III to support multiple Directors in the Accounting organization.

Summary:
This is an important area for our client requiring strong focus and execution. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests ensuring appropriate level of urgency is given, monitor/track meetings, priorities and emails and act as proxy when necessary, manage travel and expenses and all administrative support functions for this office. This role is also responsible for managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) to ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables.

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs or CEOs)
  • Able to prioritize; Multiple calendars
  • Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
  • Impeccable attention to detail, make smart and timely decisions, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moments notice
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is a must and a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
  • Any experience managing headcount, and providing metrics for headcount preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
