A Company client in Johnston, Rhode Island (RI) is seeking to hire a remote Software Development Lead.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with resolving technical issues
  • Software Development Lead will make technical design decisions
  • Perform code reviews for quality and standards compliance
  • Review automated tests
  • Software Development Lead will ensure the completion of deployment pipelines and the creation of release strategies
  • Perform disaster recovery planning
  • Mentor and coach team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business application design and development
  • Knowledge of application architecture, object-oriented programming, and software design
  • Proficient with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET
  • Proficient with API design and implementation
  • Knowledge of unit testing strategies and frameworks
  • Strong relational database experience
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience with JavaScript/Typescript
