Company is working with a well-known University Health System in search for an RPA Product Manager. This role is hybrid on-site 3 days a week out of New York, NY.

Position Summary:
The RPA Senior Product Manager will be part of the RPA COE and report to the Head of RPA. This role will coordinate with cross-functional technical teams including architecture, infrastructure, development, testing, and operations to ensure that the platform (both production and multiple non-production environments) and its supporting processes are stable and available 24×7 for automation, and that the end-to-end technical processes are built in a sustainable way to drive long term value.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the UiPath development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies
  • Support issue resolution that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • The RPA Senior Product Manager will mentor colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
  • Continuous evaluation of the Intelligent Automation market for tools/frameworks, helping define the future technology foot print for RPA
  • Partner with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing BOTS to achieve the goals of the enterprise
  • Oversees engineering & development teams as needed; Serve as a conduit between business,

deployment, engineering to ensure requirements and design considerations are incorporated to improve deployment and sustainability of software and services

  • The RPA Senior Product Manager will ensure the team leverages engineering best practices including continuous integration, automated deployment etc. where applicable
  • Deliver User training and RPA Awareness session to the business/technology community
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 6 years of relevant experience required
  • 5+ years of experience designing RPA solutions
  • 5 years of experience on at least one of the programming languages like .Net, Java, Python
  • 3+ years of experience as an architect for UiPath and have successfully lead large RPA implementation programs (25 Plus Processes automated)
  • 2+ years of experience as a UiPath Orchestrator administrator and experience on the both on-prem and cloud setup
  • Ability to direct the work of a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Well adapt to the overall UiPath applications suite offering including UiPath Apps/Document Understanding and Insights
  • Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
  • Ability to understand a variety of business process and create process flow diagrams
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts
  • Hands on experience writing complex SQL
  • Additional experience (preferred): SOA (SOAP/REST), Message Queues, Unix/Linux, Maven, Jenkins, Agile, AI/Machine Learning, Docker UiPath, Selenium, Java/Python
