Company has client in Richmond, VA that is in need of a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will perform data integrations to MDM system. This role will have a direct impact on improving the performance of the business.

Responsibilities of the Software Engineer include:

  • Develop and maintain Rest APIs using .NET (C#) in Azure
  • Develop data syndication pipelines through events with Azure Functions, Azure Queues, and Azure Service Bus
  • Design data integrations with reusable patterns
  • Develop monitoring, alerting and reconciliation functionality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required
  • 2+ years of experience with hands on development of REST APIs and event based data integrations
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Object Oriented Design and Principles. Hands-on experience with Microsoft.NET (#C) and .NET Core
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and monitoring production integrations
