Company has a client that is seeking an HRIS Business Systems Analyst in Duluth, GA.


  • HRIS Business Systems Analyst will work with TA/HR process owners, support, and functional SMEs to translate requirements into solutions to meet business needs
  • Perform data analysis in support of customer or management requests
  • Develops workflow designs based on documented requirements or product services and enhancements
  • Work with stakeholders to map and transform operational system processes as part of the overall solution delivery
  • Performs technical configurations with guidance from product managers and SMEs
  • Perform consistent and reliable delivery of services as defined by service level agreements, schedules, and budget
  • Provide expertise to the design process as requested
  • Manage delivery of scheduled/reoccurring reports and develop ad hoc reports as requested by customers, (i.e., KPI and attrition reports)

Provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition technology package:

  • Kenexa (Applicant Tracking System, BrassRing and Onboard) products
  • HireVue
  • TextRecruit
  • Responds to service requests with professionalism and prescribed standard response
  • As a HRIS Business Systems Analyst, you will collate data insights to develop and report analysis of business outcomes
  • Assess and escalate unfamiliar, unexpected, or unstable situations by escalation to management
  • Bachelor’s degree required or combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience as Business Analyst/working in Corporate HR or HRIS with HR systems focus
  • 2+ years of IBM Kenexa (Applicant Tracking System, BrassRing and Onboard) platform
  • Corporate HR/Talent Acquisition business process knowledge
  • HR systems management/configuration experience, Kenexa product knowledge preferable
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Solution design, requirements analysis and documentation
  • Knowledge of solution design, requirement analysis, and documentation
  • Power BI skills with the ability to gather and analyze data, generate reports and dashboards
  • Highly customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to consult and work collaboratively with management to get buy-in and accomplish objectives
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
