Company has a client in Coral Gables, FL that is seeking a Developer Analyst.

Summary:
In this role, the Developer Analyst will work with the business solutions team to develop and implement new services to internal and external customers, including web based transactional applications, system interfaces, reporting, and system documentation. The Developer Analyst will develop software based solutions to achieve the bank’s objectives. This resource will analyze requirements and determine the best solutions, calling on extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of the domain. The Developer Analyst will work closely with the Solutions Manager to advise on determining software architectures and then translate the direction set by the CIO into principles to guide short and long term technology goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes, designs, and develops viable solutions with customer-facing web-based applications, as well as internal business applications, as required by the needs of property business units
  • Tests, debugs, documents and implements web-based solutions with moderate integration complexity
  • Assists in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our solutions through code reviews, and mentoring of other developers
  • Develops time estimates for project schedules
  • Assumes responsibility for application support and immediate response to production program problems
  • Provides technical assistance to other developers and analysts as needed
  • Complies with SDLC requirements appropriate to the assignment
  • Works on multiple high priority projects concurrently
  • Maintains and enhances technical skills through formal and on-the-job training, while also assisting other development resources in improving their skill levels
  • Designs and develops points of integration and interface to other applications
  • Responds to and assists with other problem tickets as required
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in the IT field is required
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Experience with API’s and API concepts
  • Experience in MYSQL and MS SQL
  • Git & GitLab experience is a plus
  • Language Skills: English

Proficient in:

  • Frameworks: Bootstrap 4.0, AngularJs, ExpressJs 4 and Flask
  • Languages: Phyton, PHP and NodeJs
  • IDE Workstations: Visual Studio Code, PyCharm, Postman and Microsoft Visual Studio Professional
