A Company client is seeking to hire a Senior Front-End Developer in Quincy, Massachusetts (MA).

Summary:
You will be joining the firm, our new division that combines advanced trading technology, best execution, servicing expertise with proprietary market research, and insights to support clients in decentralized financial markets. Together with other teams across our company, you will be working on the evolution of our award-winning technology platform into a multi-asset solution that will include crypto, central bank digital currency, blockchain, and tokenization. Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the team to define the high-level technical requirements and architecture for the Front-End
  • Develop new cutting-edge Front-End features and UI
  • Senior Front-End Developer will develop relevant documentation and diagrams
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Enhance user experience while ensuring compatibility with existing platforms
  • Senior Front-End Developer works on the integration with backend development/services
  • Ensure that development, coding, privacy, and security standards are always adhered to
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Great years of experience in React.js and/or Node.js
  • Highly proficient in JavaScript (ES6 and beyond), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Advanced understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS and LESS
  • Strong Agile delivery experience
  • Experience coaching and upskilling on UI and front-end development
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet varying deadlines and work volumes
  • Strong management skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong project management skills or experience
  • Confident in making decisions autonomously and taking initiative
  • Ability to engage and work productively within the team
  • Experience with Node.js, Graph QL/Apollo is a huge bonus
