Company has a client seeking a Content & Policy Analyst II in Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, the Content & Policy Analyst researches, develops, and manages knowledge materials for global research teams, including process walkthroughs, data entry standards, and inclusion criteria
- Communicates information to employees and research teams, and acts as a reference point to direct them to the most appropriate sources
- Answers research team and employee questions, and provides responsive business information on a reactive and proactive basis
- Markets the services of knowledge management tools/team, thereby raising awareness of data availability, system functionality, and the efficient use of knowledge materials
- The Content & Policy Analyst will identify and implement process improvements
- Lead special research projects
- Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline
- Solves a range of routine problems
- Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures and makes recommendations
- Demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes
- As a Content & Policy Analyst, this role receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior roles
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience; Education or work experience in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, international affairs, regulatory compliance, knowledge management)
- Knowledge of global affairs
- Experience with research and analysis
- Comfortable in a team environment with both collaborative and independent work
- Highly organized and communicative
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience
- Writing sample required
- Functional Knowledge: Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own job discipline, performs a variety of tasks or assignments
- Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- Leadership: No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
- Problem Solving: Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents
- Impact: Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
- Interpersonal Skills: Explains information to others in straightforward situations
Nice to have:
- Experience working with unstructured open-source data or relational databases (e.g., SQL)
- Experience working with a knowledge management system
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to read a language other than English is nice to have
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
