Company has a client in West Bend, WI that is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their agile team.

Summary:
The ideal candidate should be familiar with ReactJS and Cloud Technologies. In this role, you will join their team that is building an Underwriting Portal and Workbench. This platform serves up data and tools for our Underwriting team, so they can quickly and effectively assess the risks in our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Software Engineer will code and develop software applications
  • Works as part of a development team on the design and implementation of software applications, including current technologies, modern programming languages, and current SQL database skills
  • Conducts requirement analysis, produces design documents on proposed solutions, and delivers consistent, test-covered, high-quality code in a timely fashion
  • As a Software Engineer, you will support and maintain internal, cloud, and 3rd party based solutions
  • Recommends and completes product revisions or enhancements based on feedback
  • Develops and maintains documentation as required
  • Performs work under minimal supervision
  • Handles moderate to complex issues and problems and engages higher-level staff on only the most complex issues as necessary
  • Software Engineer will provide coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
  • React, (C# or Java), Cloud Technologies experience (Preferably Azure)
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Leadership mindset, driver vs rider
  • Passion for Front End development
  • 70% Front End, 30% Back End

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
