A Company client in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Programmer Sharepoint Developer that is primarily responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of the SharePoint environments. This position requires the ability to quickly understand supporting business processes and translate them into system designs that will support the objectives while utilizing out-of-the-box functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Use problem-solving and analytical skills to design, development, customize, implement, upgrade, and support SharePoint farms and sites, workflows, web parts, and other applications within our Standards and Operating Procedures
- The Senior Programmer Sharepoint Developer will work with customers and technical staff to gather or work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, design, development, test, and implementation
- Assist vendors and other technical staff to ensure SharePoint is used according to best practices
- Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint-related projects
- Ensure quality assurance activities are completed, including technical reviews and code documentation
- Assist end users by providing strategic SharePoint direction, training materials, and status updates on support requests
- Design, develop, implement, and support the SharePoint environments, and associated apps and webparts for Universal Creative
- Complete planning, execution, and support for SharePoint migration (e.g., from on-premises to online)
- The Senior Programmer Sharepoint Developer will collaborate in team environment and independently with vendors, business partners and IT teams on projects, support, application development and standardization; This includes managing vendor(s) in the execution of their scopes of work
- Implement high quality, scalable and extendable solutions for moderate to high complexity issues using SharePoint and other applications while adhering to established best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: SharePoint certification desired
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Productivity certification desired
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer: SharePoint Applications certification desired
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and customizing SharePoint 2007/2010/2013/2016
- Experience with SharePoint Server design and architecture
- Experience with the deployment and management of SharePoint architectures and solutions(.wsp)
- Experience with the creation and support of Nintex forms and workflows
- Experience creating and working with complex Search configurations
- Experience creating and working with custom SharePoint Master Pages and Display templates
- Experience creating detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams
- Expertise and experience with medium-complexity technical activities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with IIS 7.0, Active Directory, SQL Server 2005 or higher as they relate to SharePoint, and the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, KQL, .NET, C#, XML, XSLT, CAML Query, RestAPI, SharePoint services, Powershell, InfoPath 2013, SharePoint Designer 2013
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
