Company is immediately adding a full-time Field Technical Support Rep VII in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Long Island, NY.

In this role, the candidate will be focused on managing the onsite delivering of software services, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery support, installation and configuration for customer environments. The Digital Print Field Service Engineer will solve various business systems, networking and applications problems for standard industry servers, specialized or complex clustered environments. They will deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Digital Print Field Service Engineer provides direct post-sales systems onsite technical support for reactive and proactive customers. Each position maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring clear business and technical solution alignment, clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.

  • Minimum of a Vocational/Diploma/Associate degree in a technical field with 6+ years of working experience in related field required
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Experience with support of full range of products in Customer base
  • Proactive account management experience
  • Must meet HA/MCS qualifications

The hourly or salary range at the top of this posting is the lowest to highest compensation range we, reasonably and in good faith, believe that we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
