Company has a client seeking a remote Software Developer III.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, the Software Developer is responsible for the successful delivery of front-end applications using JavaScript/ReactJS/Redux
  • Development of customer-facing applications from design through implementation
  • Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentoring junior engineers, new team members, and applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems
  • Roughly 70-85% hands-on coding
  • Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches
  • The Software Developer will work cross-functionally with various teams: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of the project
  • 7+ years of experience developing web front-end applications using JavaScript
  • 5+ years of experience with Angular, ReactJS/Redux/JavaScript (ES2015+)/CSS/HTML
  • 2+ years of Java experience
  • 5+ years developing unit tests using Mocking and/or Test Driven Development in JavaScript
  • Experience with i18n and l10n is a big plus
  • History of full-stack delivery
  • Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process
  • Experience with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Passion for growing and applying technical skills in service to customers
  • Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
  • Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies
  • May be on-call for urgent issues
  • Internationalization or localization is a huge plus
  • Bilingual is a huge plus
