A Company client in Columbia, South Carolina (SC) is seeking to hire a remote Sr. Full Stack Software Developer.
Summary:
The client is a growing technology company in the agricultural industry is seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual to join their team as a Remote Senior Software Engineer. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. This company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary and stock. You will be coding new features and technology for their modern React Native apps, building on rich APIs in Node.js and Ruby on Rails, and interfacing with data from their computer vision technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Sr. Full Stack Software Developer will develop solutions in React, Node.js, Python, and/or Ruby
- Given a nebulous project, you can work with Product Managers and Designers to scope it, find a solution, and work with other engineers to implement solutions
- Provide design and architecture and provide technical leadership to sprint teams within a start-up company environment, where challenges are common, and clarity of communication is critical
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture in a production software development environment
- Love working with any of the following technologies: Node.js, React and/or Ruby (RoR)
- Experience as a tech lead for team-based projects
- Experience working within an early/growth-stage startup team is a plus
