A Company client is seeking to hire a Software Solutions Architect / Developer in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ).

Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of Microsoft Technologies to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing and maintaining complex technical solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives. This role will work with clients and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and recommend solutions that leverage Microsoft technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in architecture design, coding and development using Microsoft technologies including Azure, API, SQL, Data Lake, Authentication and Authorization. This position is partial remote and the candidate must reside in the Phoenix, AZ metro area to be considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Microsoft Certifications, especially Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification would be highly desired
  • 8-10+ years of experience as a solutions architect and developer in designing and implementing technical solutions using Microsoft technologies
  • Expert level knowledge with Microsoft .NET Technologies, C#, Azure, API, SQL, Authentication, and Authorization
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture and design patterns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as data privacy laws and security protocols

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
