Responsibilities include:

  • Develop enterprise-grade software solutions to meet technology/business needs, with a focus on Dynamics CRM
  • Build custom solutions for Dynamics CRM using a variety of innovative technologies and following software development best practices
  • Manage security, reporting, dashboards, migration, custom development, data integrations, and CRM solution file management (including SharePoint integration)
  • Advise business users on CRM best practices, development, and integration processes
  • Balance business users’ requests and requirements with technical constraints
  • Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal support members to resolve technical issues related to servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS, and other technologies integrated with the CRM system
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM preferred
  • Dynamics F&O experience or certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working in Dynamics CRM.
  • 3+ years of experience working in C#, .NET, or JavaScript.
  • 3+ years of experience with GitHub or code repository
  • Proficiency in preparing clear documentation, presentations, and design diagrams
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to make independent judgment calls
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Strong project ownership and project planning skills
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to manage highly complicated designs and life cycle of CRM and other complex issues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
